Installing an extra module ZIP from Add-ons Manager.

What support does not cover

Custom features or rewriting the product for a unique workflow.
Hosting, cPanel, DNS, or server work outside the documented requirements.
Problems after core files were changed, or from a nulled copy.
Data recovery if you have no backup.

Languages

The desk includes 18 interface languages: English (complete source), Español, العربية, Dansk, Deutsch, Français, ગુજરાતી, עברית, हिन्दी, Italiano, 日本語, Nederlands, Polski, Português, Português do Brasil, Русский, Türkçe, 中文.

Staff change language from the header. Arabic and Hebrew use right-to-left layout. Super Admin → Settings → System sets the default language for new visitors.

English is complete. Other languages translate the application menus and labels. Words you type (invoices, landing text, email bodies) stay in the language you typed. Product names such as POS, CRM, PayPal, Stripe, and SKU stay in English on purpose.
