Products & inventory

Catalog items, categories, taxes, units, and stock movements.

Turn the module on

Super Admin → Add-ons Manager → keep Product & Service Active.
Super Admin → Plans → include Products & inventory (or all modules).
Give the company user a role that can view products (and inventory, if they should adjust stock).

Sidebar: Dashboard → Catalog Dashboard (items, services, stock). Under Products & Services: Items, System Setup. Top-level Inventory.

Products & Services on desk-demo.creavix.io/products: Catalog items list, categories, pricing, and stock tracking.

System setup

Open Products & Services → System Setup. Tabs:

Categories — name, description, color, active.
Taxes — name, rate (%).
Units — name, code (for example pcs, kg).

Items

Menu: Products & Services → Items

Create / edit fields:

Field	Notes
Type	Product or service
Category	From setup
Name, SKU, product code, barcode	SKU should be unique in the company
Unit, description, image
Purchase price, selling price
Tax rate / tax code
Track stock	On for products you want on the inventory report
Stock quantity, low-stock alert	Used when track stock is on
Active	Inactive items stay out of new documents

Also: duplicate, import, export. The plan’s product limit applies when creating items.

Inventory

Menu: Inventory

Adjust stock: pick a product, type (in / out / adjustment), quantity, notes. Only tracked products appear here.

Stock report

Open Stock report from the inventory area. It shows tracked products, quantities, low-stock state, and valuation. Export when you need a spreadsheet.
